SiteGPT (and My AskAI) let you build a custom AI chatbot trained on your website content. Great for pure customer-facing chat. Anserve does that too — but also gives your employees the same knowledge inside Slack today (Teams planned), and escalates to a human when the AI can't answer.

SiteGPT is fast to set up and laser-focused on one job: build a chatbot from your website content and embed it on your site. If you have a content-heavy website and just want a "chat with our knowledge" widget, SiteGPT gets you there quickly.
The limit: it's purely external and customer-facing. There's no Slack bot, no employee knowledge hub, and no human escalation workflow with full context.
Anserve is built for organisations that need both audiences: website visitors and internal employees. You connect your knowledge once — and it powers the web chat widget and the internal Slack bot today, with Teams escalation, WhatsApp and VoIP on the roadmap.
When the AI isn't certain, Anserve escalates the conversation to a human via the Anserve Console or Slack, with the full conversation context attached — not just a "contact form submitted" notification. Microsoft Teams isn't available yet in any form; full two-way Teams escalation is on our roadmap.
